Wahha Go Go

I'm not quite sure what's going on here. This Wahha Go Go thing is kind of freaking me out but I like it.




So from what I can gather you get the flywheel spinning, which drives a set of bellows and a series of cams which modulates some "vocal cords" to produce creepy mechanical laughter. Add a moving cartoony mouth to the business end and the effect is complete. I don't really know what effect, but it seems to be the perfect blend of art and weird.
