MultiScreener

Here's a piece of software written by Zach Poff that could come in handy. It's called MultiScreener and it synchronizes the playback of several Quicktime videos on multiple computers, using a network connection to keep them locked together. It was intended for use in video walls but you could use it for any set or display where you need several video displays running together.

Here are some ideas for the software off the top of my head:

• Starship bridge with lots of monitors
• Giant video stage backdrop using 2 or more projectors
• Haunt with projected characters that walk or float all the way around the room
• Trade show booth with video displays that talk to each other

Anyway, this seems like it could be all kinds of fun. Go download it and see what you can come up with. (BTW: It's for Mac only)
